In a white wine and butter sauce and served with sauté chorizo, 
on a bed on mixed leaves

Served with a hunk of toasted ciabatta and salted herb butter

 Homemade piccalilli and parsley

For Main

   Slow Roasted Saddle of Kentish Lamb
Stuffed with our homemade sausage and herb stuffing and served with beef dripping roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a rich lamb jus

Roast Turkey Breast
Roasted turkey breast served with pork stuffing, beef dripping roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, pigs in blanket and seasonal vegetable

 Caramelised Onion, Spinach and Goats Cheese Tart (V)
Served with buttered new potatoes, dressed salad and parsnip crisps

 Grilled Fillet of Seabass 
Served with crushed chive potatoes and dressed leaves with a lemon and caper butter
